I recently connected with a Sister in Christ who had experienced profound alienation at the hands of a former spouse.  She has been collecting her six children from the cloud of confusion that has enveloped them for at least the past 17 years and has continued delivering them into the hands of the Lord.  This woman helped me to understand the spiritual nature of pathogenic personality disorders and its effect on relationships.  She correctly understands that the battle we are engaged in is one of principalities, not of flesh and blood.  I appreciate all of what Dr. Craig Childress has done for the afflicted families of Attachment Based Parental Alienation.  His work helps to establish a natural basis for understanding the psychological constructs used to explain the condition.  It was the link that allowed me to accept that I am in fact, dealing with the demonic spirit of Jezebel in my life and that I need to humble myself and accept the Word more fully and even completely into my life.  Without Him I am nothing and cannot accomplish anything.  I am smart but certainly not smarter than Satan.  I accept that my Advocate has already defeated the enemy and all I need to do is open my damaged heart for healing for it to be accomplished.  Then I will take no credit for the repaired relationships which I desperately miss and desire.  Today my blog takes a turn into the spiritual realm where the ultimate battle is being waged.  Thanks for visiting.
